Allison Decubas - Head of the Probate Division

My name is Allison Decubas. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.

I graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2020. I continued my education and earned my Master’s in Business Administration from University of Miami in May of 2023.

I have been working in probate for the last 6 years and currently serve as the Head of the Probate Division, where I oversee and manage the probate department. My role includes assisting clients through the probate process, preparing legal documents, communicating with courts and financial institutions, and helping families navigate the legal process after the loss of a loved one.

What enables me to excel in my role is my experience, dedication, organization, and attention to detail. I take pride in being able to manage a high volume of cases while still making each client feel supported and informed throughout the process.

What I love most about my job is helping ease the burden for families after a loss. Probate can be overwhelming during an emotional time, and I strive to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for every client I work with.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.
