Always Free | Always Informative| Always Fun

For years many of my clients have been asking me to put something together for them. Well, we finally did at the beginning of the year, and it is called “The Estate In One Place Private Client Group.”  Have you signed up for the service? If not, you are missing out…and it is FREE until the end of the year!

What are the advantages of this private client group I created? Several!!  I am going to list them for you and then explain below:

  1. The Legacy Portal

  2. The Ask the Attorney Monthly Virtual

  3. The private educational workshops

  4. The private fun events

  5. No charge for minor changes to legal documents during the year

  6. No charge for a yearly meeting with me to make sure everything is in order

  7. Private videos on topics of interest from me regarding estate planning issues

The Legacy Portal:

For over 30 years now, I have been handling probate or trust matters for families when a loved one dies. For that entire time when I meet with the survivors and ask them about assets, liabilities, social media passwords, burial information, legal documents…it is looking at someone as a “deer in headlights”! They have no idea about most if not all of the required information to help with the settlement of the estate and the distribution of assets. The Legacy Portal takes care of all of that!!!  It is a private part of our law firm site where you can input at your own time this information so that when you do pass away, the family has a “roadmap” of what to work with to make the transition easier. Additionally, we are going to be working on “videos” next year with these clients to record important family information about your life so they can have it forever…in your own words!

Ask The Attorney Monthly Virtual Calls:

Every month for one hour, I am here for all the private clients to ask me anything regarding legal issues on a Virtual call. These are great calls with great questions from you all! We record these videos and then you can review them again and again on the site. Where else can you have your own private attorney and ask questions every month….and they don’t charge you for their time!

The Private Educational Workshops:

We will be doing three educational workshops each year moving forward but only for the clients that are part of the “private client group.”  This first year we have done a workshop on “how to use the Legacy Portal” and recorded it so everyone can understand it and go back to the recording at any time to make sure they know how to use this wonderful product. We recently did another educational workshop at Total Wine in Coral Springs on “the roles and responsibilities of a Successor Trustee.”  This was also extremely well received and has been recorded and is up on the private site as well. We will also be doing a “State of the Union” workshop in December on all of the changes that have or will be taking effect next year with “The Big Beautiful Bill.”  How has any of this effected your estate plan? Come and find out…

The Fun Workshops:

We plan on doing two or three fun workshops every year moving forward as well. When I mean “Fun,” I mean no legal talking!  We did one event recently where we rented out an art studio and painted for two hours with an instructor…that was great fun!  We are planning on giving away Pumpkin Pies during Thanksgiving week for the first 75 or so clients that stop by on November 24th to say hi to the staff!  Next year, one of the fun events we are planning will be Line Dancing with an instructor at a venue just for our clients…. more of these things to come!

No Charge For Minor Changes To Legal Documentation:

You heard me – no charge for minor document changes during the year of membership!  No “nickel and dime” charges as a law firm!  If you are part of the program and need changes in the future, no charges if it is “minor”.

No Charge For Meeting With Me Once A Year:

I charge currently $695 per hour for a meeting. If you are part of the private client group, you get a meeting once a year if you request it at no charge! Why would you want to meet with me? Because Estate Planning is “dynamic” (not “static”). What I mean by that is that life happens and things change every year…that is why I suggest we talk about things yearly. New marriage, divorce, grandchildren being born, you name it…life changes!

Private Videos:

I will be doing private videos on topics “at length” for my client group during the year. Instead of a 30 second discussion on an estate legal topic, I might talk about something and go into great detail on it for 5 to 10 minutes – just for the private client group.

That is what you are missing if you have not signed up yet for it! In January, we will begin charging for all of this at a rate of $695 per year. That is a bargain price by the way for everything we are offering everyone! Just to meet with me is $500. I recently did some changes for a client and had to charge them over $1,500 and informed them that if they were part of the private client group moving forward there would not have been a charge…

Here is my point: I am trying to be there for all of you as clients! I do not want to continuously charge you for my time and services like most attorneys. I created all of this for you! Please do me the favor of not “procrastinating” and move forward to be a part of this program.
