Community Liaison Carlos Ferrerosa

My name is Carlos Ferrerosa and I am Rosenberg Law Firm’s Marketing and Operation coordinator. Originally from Cali, Colombia, I moved to Toronto, Canada as a teenager, where I pursued my studies in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a minor in film and television broadcasting.

With an extensive background in customer relations, I previously worked with both the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs. This experience helped me hone my skills in communication, problem-solving, and understanding people’s needs. My passion for connecting with others is a key asset in my current role.

I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the often-challenging Medicaid process. Whether clients need assistance getting in contact with Andy or have questions about their process, I am always there to guide them with care and patience, ensuring they feel supported during difficult times.

What I love most about my work is the opportunity to meet new people and make a positive impact in their lives. I find fulfillment in offering assistance during moments when people need it the most, knowing that my efforts make a real difference in their journey.

I am continually learning from the talented team at Rosenberg Law Firm. The collaborative environment has furthered my growth in the field, and I am excited to continue expanding my expertise.

When I am not working, I enjoy watching movies, writing, and playing board games. These hobbies allow me to unwind, engage creatively, and maintain a balanced lifestyle outside of my professional commitments.
