Meet Jacqueline Metayer, Our Personal Injury & Estate Planning Paralegal
My name is Jacqueline Metayer. I was born and raised in Rhode Island. I’m married and a mom of three boys.
I graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with a Bachelors’ Degree in Criminal Justice. While in school, I interned with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Probation Department. I’ve been working with Andy for 7 years, but I’ve been working in personal injury for 20 years.
What makes me great at my job is my diligence, organization, and meticulous attention to detail. I interview clients, gather insurance information, review medical records, monitor medical expenses, prepare closing statements, and process settlements.
What I love most about my job is assisting people in stressful situations. I tell them I’ve been doing this for a long time and I explain the process thoroughly.
Another thing I love about my job is working with Andy. He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate person. He truly cares for his clients. I still can’t believe this, but he gives every client his personal cell phone number. When he says he is there for you, he means it! We work well together and I look forward to coming to work every day.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and attending sports events
