Can Insurance Companies Put Surveillance On Me
Hey everybody, Andy here. A question that comes up a lot is are these insurance companies goimg to do surveillance on me, and I want you to use your common sense here. The common sense answer is it depends.
It depends in an auto accident or in a slip and fall case what you’re asking for as far as how much compensation and how much your injuries are. Obviously the more injured you are the more likelihood that these insurance companies are going to hire an outside person to try and video you doing things that you say you aren’t able to do which will hurt your case and will hurt your credibility if it goes to a lawsuit setting.
Again, be careful out there when it comes to surveillance and doing things that you shouldn’t be doing that you said you aren’t able to do.
Hope that helps.
