What Is Emergency Medical Condition In Regards To Car Accident?
Hey everybody, Andy here. I’ve talked in prior videos about, pip personal injury protection or what’s known as no fault insurance in the state of florida.
there’s a sub-caveat involved in the pip that’s called in emc.
It stands for emergency medical condition and believe it or not the statelegislature passed laws a while back that says you can’t get the full ten thousand dollars in Florida of the no fault coverage unless you have a emc or emergency medical condition in the file by a doctor. If you don’t get that emergency medical condition then actually this the statute says that you’re only entitled to 2500 of the pip insurance, so that’s a big difference between $2,500 and $10, 000 and it’s all due to an emc.
I hope you found that worthwhile if so please like engage in the comments below or subscribe to my youtubechannel in addition check out social media sites Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.
